Privacy Policy
Last updated: 23 October 2026
Pulsehound ("we") makes mobile games, starting with Crate Dock. This policy explains what data our website (games.pulsehound.com) and our games collect, why, and the choices you have. Questions: games@pulsehound.com.
The website
- No tracking by default. The site has no ads, no social media widgets and no third-party trackers. Fonts are served from our own domain, so loading a page doesn't contact Google or anyone else.
- Hosting logs. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes your IP address and basic request details to deliver pages and protect against abuse. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Email. If you email us, we use your message and address only to reply.
Cookies and your choice
We don't set tracking cookies. We store one small item in your browser (ph-consent) to remember your cookie choice. It never leaves your device.
If you choose "Accept all", we may load privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics that count page visits without identifying you. If you choose "Only necessary", nothing optional is loaded. You can change your choice at any time with .
Crate Dock (Android app)
- Game progress (level, coins, boosters, settings) is stored on your device.
- Ads. Every new install gets 30 days with no ads. After that, the free game may show ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may use your device's advertising ID and collect device and usage data to show and measure ads. Where required (for example in the EU/UK) we ask for your consent first, and you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings. See how Google uses data in ads.
- Purchases, if offered, are handled by Google Play. We never see your payment details.
- Crash and performance data may be collected through Google Play and Firebase to fix bugs. It isn't used to identify you.
Children
Our games are made for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal data from children.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you can ask to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, or object to its use. Email games@pulsehound.com and we'll respond within 30 days. We don't sell personal data.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, note it on this site.
